This is the official Website of Haydeh Changizian, the former Prima Ballerina of Iran. 

Haydeh was born in Iran and studied ballet in Germany and Soviet Union before returning to Iran to pursue her career as a dancer and choreographer.

Haydeh is among the most influential dancers of Iran, and promoted ballet in the country by introducing Iranian historical motifs to the dance world of her country through her performances.

Bijan and Manijeh, a ballet based on a Persian poem with the same name, was the zenith of ballet dance in Iran, and Haydeh performed as the Prima Ballerina in that dance work. 

In her professional life, Haydeh has danced in numerous ballet performances and has worked with some of the most well-known Iranian and international dancers and artists.

Haydeh currently lives between Tehran and Lisbon.
